Originally I started this blog for myself to keep a list of all the
recipes and food related things I found while surfing the internet. I
always wanted to learn how to cook more than I did and do it well.
Lately its hit me that I need to get way healthier and one of my friends
added me to her Facebook group about healthy living. So I'm not more
on a personal mission to find healthier foods that I can make for
myself, preferably foods that are not processed or prepackaged and are
good for you.
I'm obviously not the only one who feels
this way. I have a couple friends that are interested as well and
we'll keep this blog as an archiving grounds for all the good stuff that
we find.
Also, I'm copying everything onto this blog
instead of just linking because sites sometimes go down and I don't want
to lose any recipe or info because of this.
Meh, I'll eventually redo this about page, but for now this will do.
