A Few Summary Points
1) Use mostly greens! Spinach, Kale, Celery, Cabbage, Cucumbers. 2 - 3 vegetables per fruit
2) Lemons help to cut the bitter taste of vegetables and do not count as a "fruit" in the juicing recipe
3) Juicers that cause foam are called "non
-masticating"
juicers. These should be drunk immediately. The higher end juicers can
create better juice that can be stored for a few days.
4) Stems from things such as parsley, broccoli stems and celery tops can be put into the juicer!
